Privacy Policy Last updated: 4 April 2023

CuCkoo ("CuCkoo", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We have created this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of information in connection with the CuCkoo and CuCkoo Pro websites, mobile applications, and other services we provide to you (collectively, the "Services"). The types of information we collect.

Types of Information We Collect. We collect information about our users, which may be identifiable, pseudonymous or anonymous (including aggregated and de-identified data), as described below. A. Information you provide to us. Ⅰ. Account Information. When you use our Services, you may add information to your Account. We collect the information you add to your account and other data, such as email addresses, usernames, linked social media accounts, collections of favourite items and watchlist collections, and other information you provide. Your account information (other than your email address) will be publicly visible. Keep in mind that even if you remove Public Content from your CuCkoo account, Public Content may exist elsewhere on the Internet. II. Preferences. Our Services allow you to store preferences, such as how content is displayed, notification settings, and favourites. We may associate these choices with your account, browser and/or mobile device. Ⅲ. Feedback. If you provide us with feedback or contact us, we may receive your name and contact information (e.g., email address), as well as any other content contained in or associated with the message you send. Ⅳ. Other Information. We also collect information and other data at other points on our Services that you voluntarily provide or at other points where we state that we are collecting information about you. In addition, as with much of web3, you will need to register an account using your email address or your blockchain wallet address to act as your identity on CuCkoo. As a result, you will need a blockchain wallet address and a third-party wallet to access certain aspects of the Services. We do not consider the blockchain wallet address alone to be information that identifies you. However, the blockchain wallet address may be associated with you or information you provide while using our Services.

B. Information Collected Automatically. We may use automated data collection technologies to collect certain information when you browse and interact with our Services, including: Ⅰ. Interaction with our Services. In order to provide our Services, analyse trends, enforce our Terms of Service, and make the Services more useful to you, we collect information (often anonymous data) about you when you interact with our Services, including, but not limited to, your browser type or fingerprint, operating system, IP address and associated geo-location, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet type, action and clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. We may also store this data in log files. II.Cookies or Other Tracking Technologies. Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. We may use session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer until you delete them) to analyse how users interact with our Services, to improve the quality of our products and to provide users with a more personalised experience. In addition, we use "pixel tags" (also known as transparent gifs, web beacons or web bugs). Pixel tags allow us to analyse how users find our Services, make the Services more useful to you and customise your experience to meet your specific interests and needs. III. Do Not Track. Because there is no consensus on the meaning of "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to these signals in any particular way. Please see below for more information on how to withdraw your consent to the use of certain tracking technologies such as cookies and pixel tags. You can also contact us here. We work with third party services ("Third Party Services"), including Google and Amplitude, to help collect some of the information described above.
